We will be using the same format as the 2007 Meetings, we will have 2-3 rooms set up and rotate the meetings for GFP, BPA and SP Programs. Bill and other appointed State Directors will hold classroom meetings on a variety of subjects.

The Northern Zone
Umpires Meeting is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
for umpires that plan to attend either Girls Fast Pitch or Slow Pitch World
Series Tournaments in 2008.
We ask that
those umpires wishing to travel, attend either the National Convention or
Northern Zone Meeting
and one State Workshop to be the first umpires
considered when the assignments are awarded for the Girls
Fast Pitch, BPA or Slow Pitch World Series Tournaments in 2008.
PLEASE Pass this information along to ALL of your umpires. ESPECIALLY those that plan to work State, NIT, Regional and World Series Tournaments in 2008.
I feel this is very important to ALL, as we would like the entire Northern Zone to be on the same page for the 2008 season.
The 2008 the Northern Zone meeting will have a convention room large enough to supply the umpires with a Classroom and Field Mechanics areas to be alternated during the entire weekend for GFP, BPA and Slow Pitch.
