CARRY OVER LIST - MOVED UP TEAMS FROM 2003 - STILL MOVED UP FOR 2004

Class "A" for 2004

Class "B" for 2004 Class "C" for 2004 Class "D" for 2004

Co-Ed to move UP in Class Women's to move UP in Class

Industrial Teams to move UP in Class 35 & Over Teams to move UP in Class

Men's Church Teams to move UP in Class

2004 NSA National Rules for Reclassification:

Re-Classification: Any team moved up in Classification by their Zone VP or by the NSA National
Office Bylaws, MUST receive approval from their Zone VP and State Director for re-classification to a lower class of play.

ALL TEAMS MUST appeal for reclassification in writing, even if they retain less than 5 players
from the previous year's roster. A copy of the teams' 2004 roster should be included with the appeal.
NOTE: A team can be moved up in class due to the strength of players added to a roster throughout the season.

The Zone Vice-President and/or the State Director has the authority to move other teams up in Class if necessary. A Zone
Vice-President and/or State Director may move any team up in Class, at any time, due to the advanced play of the team in question.

Team that retain a minimum of five (5) players from the previous year's roster are mandatory move ups.
Teams are also required to move up in Classification if their roster contains any combination of five (5) or more
players that have played on teams the previous year that were required to move up in Classification or a
combination of players from a higher class team.

The Coach's name shall also be included on the roster.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Teams/Players not participating in the NSA program for one (1) or more seasons
will retain the classification they were moved up to prior to taking an absence from NSA.

No player can drop more than one classification per calendar year.
Note: A player can only be released one (1) time per season.

Article XV Section 17.

1. All State Champions

2. EACH Super N.I.T. Champion

3. TOP 2 Teams or TOP 10% in Regional, which ever is greater.

4. TOP 3 Teams or TOP 10% in World Series, which ever is greater.

5. ALL Teams QUALIFYING for the SUPER WORLD, or teams accepting an At-Large Berth to the SUPER WORLD SERIES.

6. The Zone Vice-President and/or the State Director has the authority to move other teams up in Class if necessary. A Zone
Vice-President and/or State Director may move any team up in Class, at any time, due to the advanced play of the team in question.

7. Team DID NOT participate in NSA program last year in order to reclassify as stated in the rulebook.
NOTE: Teams/Players not participating in the NSA program for one (1) or more seasons will retain the classification
they were moved up to prior to taking an absence from NSA.

NOTE: Team Classification Move up for Men’s “B” teams – These Teams have NO APPEAL, all others can appeal in writing
to their appropriate State Director and/or Zone Vice-President.

1. World Series Winner.
2. Top 10% of the Super World Series.

NOTE: Team Classification Move up for Men’s C, D, E teams – These Teams have NO APPEAL, all others can appeal in writing
to their appropriate State Director and/or Zone Vice-President.

     1.        Winner of State Championships with 16 or more teams.
2.        Winner of Super World NIT with 16 or more teams.
3.        Top two (2) in Regional Tournament with 16 or more teams.
4.        Top three (3) in World Series Tournament with 16 or more teams.
5.        ALL Teams that finish 2-2 or better at the Super World Series Tournament.

NOTE: ALL other teams Moved up in classification can appeal in writing to their appropriate State Director and/or Zone Vice-President.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Teams/Players not participating in the NSA program for one (1) or more seasons
will retain the classification they were moved up to prior to taking an absence from NSA.
