PAYMENT OPTIONS:
*EARLY ENTRY DISCOUNTS are given for entries paid in full by discount dates.  NOT all tournaments allow discounts. 
 You MUST ENTER TOURNAMENTS through the NSA ONLINE System  at www.PlayNSA.com  & Select Tournament Search
Note: You must have your current year registration number to enter tournaments online.
Submit & pay for your registration early!

A.  Pay by MAIL - Mailed Payments are still accepted.
If you are unsure that your MAILED payment will be received in a timely manner, you may want to select a charge payment.

Tournament Entries will not be accepted until FULL payment is received. 
Enter tournaments online through the ONLINE System, you will receive an email on where to MAIL your fee -OR- You can pay by charge below.
Your spot is NOT held until full payment is received in our office.  YOU CAN WRITE ONE CHECK FOR MULTIPLE ENTRIES  

B.  Charge Payments - Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card are Accepted.
This is a service offered for teams wishing to pay by charge.  Checks will still be accepted by mail.
NOTE: IF you pay by a CHARGE CARD and then request and meet the requirements for a REFUND,
THE CHARGE CARD WILL BE CREDITED for the refund amount!   There are no exceptions.  NOTE: If you opt to use a charge, ONLY the amount of the Entry Fee will be considered for refund if your team cancels from a tournament.

There are NO entry refunds or transfer of fees within 30 Days of the tournament, or once a tournament is marked as FULL. 
NOTE: A $25 Administrative Fee will be retained from Entry Fee if Teams or Coaches cancel from a tournament and request a refund.
Entry in to any NSA tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to the refund policy.

Why was my card declined? 
The address you enter when paying by a charge has to match where the credit card statement is mailed.  If the address does not match, the card will be declined.

The CVV or THREE DIGIT NUMBER or SECURITY CODE ( from the back of the card) you entered does not match what your credit/debit card company has on file.

Some charge and debit cards have a DAILY LIMIT on the amount that can be put on a card.

If you are using a debit card, sometimes deposits are not immediately available for use - please contact your bank.

If you have double checked the above items, please contact your credit card company.
