GIRLS FAST PITCH AVAILABILITY FORM - 2010  
Please utilize this form to submit what tournaments you are available to work in 2010.
You will need to print this out and either FAX or Mail to the information on the form.

ALL NSA/BPA Umpires must Register ONLINE
Umpires will need their registration number to attain uniforms from the NSA-BPA National Office.

YOU WILL ONLY REGISTER ONLINE ONCE even if you umpire MORE than ONE PROGRAM.
   * You WILL be able to select ONE or ALL: Fast Pitch/Slow Pitch/Baseball programs at one time.

        Fill in Form and Submit - You will receive information on payment options.
            1. It will supply address on where to MAIL check or Money Order & who to make check payable to.

UMPIRE Online Registration Instructions for BPA and NSA: 

ALL NSA-BPA LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT UMPIRES MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE.

Important Note:  
 YOU WILL ONLY REGISTER ONLINE ONCE even if you umpire MORE than ONE PROGRAM.
    * You WILL be able to select ONE or ALL: Fast Pitch/Slow Pitch/Baseball programs at one time.

Select the program you umpire the most.  If you mainly do SP, but fill in for FP, select the SP UIC.

Registered Umpires will receive a Registration Number.  See "Note" below.
 

• Go to: www.PlayNSA.com or www.PlayBPA.com   Select PlayBPA if you mainly umpire Baseball.

• Click on: “UMPIRE REGISTRATION” (from main page – off to left)

• Fill in all CONTACT information

Name, address, phone numbers, and MUST have CURRENT EMAIL address
 NOTE: Make sure your EMAIL is CORRECT!  Example: xxx@aol.com not just xxx@aol
 The email you supply will be used to send you your registration number and could be the main
source of contact from your UIC for the year. Make sure to UPDATE ANY CHANGES in information with your UIC.

•  State/Region Selection – Select STATE and UIC (Region/Area) with whom you are registering
              Select the program you umpire the most.  If you mainly do SP, but fill in for FP, select the SP UIC.

·         Select divisions you are APPLYING to WORK: Slow Pitch, Fast Pitch, and/or Baseball

SUBMIT FORM
 You will be instructed on the screen and via automated email as to where to MAIL the check
for the Registration/Sanction fee and to whom you should make the check payable.  

**Once payment is received, the office will approve your registration, and you will receive your
Registration/Sanction Number via automated email. MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT!

 Note: The email you receive with your Registration Number is your receipt and proof of
registration/sanction for the year. You will NOT receive a registration card. 
Umpires will need their registration number to order NSA Merchandise from the National Office.

Only your local and state NSA-BPA UIC/Zone and National Office will have access to your contact information.
Other UIC’s and Directors will be able to verify your online registration, BUT will only
be able to attain your contact info by requesting it from your local or state NSA-BPA UIC.
The same rules and regulations/procedures will apply for umpires traveling out of
the area or state to work as in prior years.
