PAYMENT OPTIONS:
*Discounts are given for check or money order submitted to office by tournament entry deadline.  See columns below.
Post Season Events must still have a Post Season Entry Form filled out and submitted to office.

Pay by MAIL - Mailed Payment MUST be RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE 1 FULL WEEK in ADVANCE of ENTRY DEADLINE. 
                     If you are unsure that your MAILED payment will be received by that date, you may want to select a charge payment.
                       
Charge Payments - Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card are Accepted.
                                This is a service offered for teams wishing to pay by charge.  Checks will still be accepted by mail.
               NOTE: IF you pay by a CHARGE CARD and then request and meet the requirements for a REFUND,
                          THE CHARGE CARD WILL BE CREDITED for the refund amount!   There are no exceptions.
