REMINDER:   Coach/Manager,  Please Check in Prior to your first GAME with Official NSA 
Online Roster and Insurance Certificate

NO METAL CLEATS for 10u-12u-14u divisions.

ROSTER: ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ENTERED on to the NSA ONLINE Roster prior to participation.
DO NOT wait until the day before the tournament to add players.

All teams MUST have an Official NSA ONLINE roster, filled out, printed & Attain player and parents signatures. 
 BRING A SIGNED COPY TO LEAVE AT TOURNAMENT SITE.
THIS COPY WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.  Teams will not be allowed to participate with out it.

INSURANCE: All teams MUST have "TEAM INSURANCE CERTIFICATE" with amounts of coverage.
BRING A COPY TO LEAVE AT TOURNAMENT SITEWe cannot accept the individual player insurance cards.
THIS COPY WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.  Teams will not be allowed to participate with out it.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES: Make sure the coach or manager has copies of birth certificates/drivers licenses 
on hand in case of protest. NSA does NOT need copies of these items.

PLEASE NOTE: It is Required that all teams are AT THE FIELDS, READY TO PLAY
                  15 Minutes before game time.  GAMES MAY BEGIN UP TO 15 MINUTES EARLY IF FIELD IS OPEN.

            ALL POOL GAMES will be 1 HOUR 20 Minute time limit.
        
   POOL PLAY games CAN end in a TIE.     No NEW inning can begin after the timer has expired.
            International Tie Breaker will be used in case of a tie during BRACKET PLAY.

BATS: Only NSA approved bats will be allowed.  Check the National Website for a complete 
and up to date listing of approved equipment.   www.playnsa.com  click on:  Approved Equipment
Please check bats by Manufacturer - Model NUMBER and NAME, if a bat is not posted 
on the approved list, it will NOT be allowed.
    Note:  It is the coaches/players' responsibility
to check their bat(s) to the list prior to bringing them into play.

Penalty: Player is declared an OUT - PLAYER AND COACH are EJECTED FROM THE GAME.

           
You may contact the manufacturer to inquire on the status of an unlisted bat.

It is the coach/managers responsibility to know the rules and bylaws of NSA.
 Ignorance of a rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty.

Gate/Admission fees WILL BE CHARGED at this tournament. 
Please be sure to inform your team so there will be no embarrassment at the gate for your team or spectators. 
NOTE: There are no refunds of admission charges for any reason.

It is MANDATORY for Participation & also the COACH/MANAGER's RESPONSIBILITY to BRING:
1. Printed COPY OF THE
NSA ONLINE ROSTER - ALL info Complete & Correct - with ALL SIGNATURES
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ENTERED on to the NSA ONLINE Roster prior to participation.
2.  COPY OF THE TEAM INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
Coach/Manager must have birth certificates on hand in case of protest.
 
       Copies of the Roster & Insurance Certificate MUST be turned in at CHECK IN to the
       Tournament Director PRIOR to the teams first game time and will NOT be returned.

NOTE:  In pools with 3 teams that use the "Bowlers Finish" mini bracket games or 2nd vs 3rd  and Winner vs 1st:
Pool Play order of finish will be used to determine how teams are put into the "Bowlers Finish" mini bracket. 
 The "Bowlers Finish" will be used to determine the seeding of teams into Bracket Play.
This schedule is current at the time of posting to website. The schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances,
such as teams dropping out, or weather conditions. If there has been a change in the schedule that does not effect your
 first game time, you will receive a revised copy at the tournament site.    If your first game is effected our office will contact you.

facility includes a shelter, tables and grills, playground equipment and concession stand with restrooms.

Traveling North on I-75 to  Dixie Hwy/Waterford  Exit.  Turn Left onto Dixie Hwy.
5-6 Miles will cross over Williams Lake Road. 
Park is Approximately 3/4 Miles past Williams Lake Rd on right hand side.

Traveling South on I-75
to  Dixie Hwy/Waterford  Exit.  Turn Right onto Dixie Hwy.

to Airport Road.  Turn right on Airport Road.
