this tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to this condition.
Please DO NOT call the Tournament Director and request an exemption
from 8:00 AM
start as all teams will be expected to play Saturday morning.

ENTRY & DEADLINE:
Entry fees, Entry Form, Online Rosters, and other
information MUST be
received by your respective State Director no later than Friday,
June 9, 2006
Late entries will NOT be accepted.

ONLINE ROSTER to the tournament**
FORMAT:
3 game
guarantee.
MANAGERS MEETING:
Check in 1 hour prior to first game. Roster Check In will be done at this
time.
Each player will be required to have Government Issue Picture ID with them at
all times.
ROSTER CHECK IN:
At least ONE Hour prior to first game. Check in will be at the concession
stand.
Bring Entire Team, Roster Check with Driver's License
or Government Issue Picture ID will be done at this time.
Roster checks will be conducted prior to team's first game.
Each player will be required to have GOVERNMENT ISSUE PICTURE ID with them at
all times.
Wrist bands will be secured on each legal player and must be
worn during entire tournament.
If player loses band then they must be rechecked with their Drivers License -
government issue photo ID.
No Driver's License or Government Issue photo ID, no band - no play.
Additional roster checks may be conducted at any time during the tournament.
FIRST GAME
TIME/TOURNAMENT DRAW:
Wednesday, June 7th AFTER 8:00 pm

GAMES:
It is required that all teams be AT THE FIELD, READY TO PLAY - 1/2
HOUR PRIOR TO
SCHEDULED GAME TIME.
GAMES MAY BEGIN UP TO
THIRTY (30) MINUTES EARLY IF FIELD IS OPEN.
SOFTBALL:
The NSA Approved black stitched optic yellow NSA Stamped Softball, Worth.44 cor/525
lb
compression or less will be available for purchase at the
tournament.
BATS:
Only NSA approved bats will be allowed. Check the National Website for a
complete
and up to date listing of approved equipment. www.playnsa.com

Please check bats
by Manufacturer - Model NUMBER and NAME, if a bat is not posted on
the approved list, it will NOT be allowed. ** Note:
It is the coaches/players' responsibility
to check their bat(s) to the list prior to bringing them into play.
You may contact the
manufacturer to inquire on the status of an unlisted bat.
PROTEST:
There will be a $75.00 CASH ONLY protest fee. If protest is allowed, the fee
will be refunded.
CONDITIONS:
The tournament committee reserves the right to rule on matters as they may
occur,
including any deemed necessary to complete the tournament. This includes
changing the tournament
format, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.). The committee assumes
that all players are
competing at their own risk and will not be liable for accidents or injuries.
Entry in to this tournament
constitutes agreement of these conditions.
UNIFORMS:
To be in strict accordance with NSA team dress code. NO METAL or Metal
Tipped CLEATS!
PLAYING RULES:
NSA rules will govern all play in strict accordance with the NSA Rule Book.

NOTICE:
It is the responsibility of the Coach/Manager and/or Sponsor for knowing the NSA
rules and bylaws.
Ignorance of an NSA rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty.
Entry in to any NSA tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to
all rules and bylaws of NSA,
including the refund policy. There are NO entry refunds after the entry
deadline.

NOTE: ANY Team found with illegal, ineligible, suspended
player(s) or teams that have not met the
NSA Qualifying procedures will be immediately disqualified and removed from the
tournament. Teams will be removed without refund to their
entry fee, and without reimbursement for any travel expenses or any other fees
incurred by the team, spectators or sponsors. The team, coach and player(s) can
be suspended from NSA.
HOME RUN RULE:
Limit - One (1), the first home run OVER the limit will be an out and any
subsequent home runs will have the progressive homerun rule in effect.

ADMISSION:
$2.00 per person - per day.
Be
sure your team knows about this so there will be no embarrassment at the gate
for your team or spectators.
NOTE: There are no refunds of admission charges for any reason.
AWARDS:
Individual & team sponsor awards will be given in accordance with NSA Rules.
Berths & Travel $:
1st Top 10% if
40 or more teams - receive unpaid berth to the NSA "D" World Series that
will be played September 15-17, 2006. 1ST PLACE World Series Berth Super
Regional Berth $25 per team Travel to the World..... 2ND PLACE Super Regional
Berth $12.50 per team Travel to the Super Regional in their respective class.
But, teams must participate in your State Tournament to validate the berth.

PARK POLICIES:
Players and spectators are expected to follow park rules at all times.
No outside food or alcohol is allowed to be brought into the complex or parking
lot at anytime.
Teams are allowed to bring in bench water coolers (water & ice) only.
We will enforce this rule at all times.
If you have special dietary requirements, please contact the facility prior to
attendance.
CONDUCT: Managers are responsible for knowing the rules and
keeping their players &
spectators under control. Abusive language/behavior will not be tolerated.
Spectators, Players and/or teams may be removed from the tournament without
refund.
DIRECTIONS:
Northbound
Take Hwy 61 north to 1st stop light after entering Burlington, West Ave., turn
left on West Ave and take to West Burlington Ave. (Flint Ridge Business Park
sign) turn right on West Burlington Ave. and take to 1st stop sign, Division St.
turn left on Division and take to Broadway, turn left on Broadway into RecPlex
parking lot. Southbound Take Hwy 61 south to Division St. (stop light),
turn right on Division and take Division St. west to Broadway (2nd stop sign),
turn left on Broadway into RecPlex parking lot. Eastbound Take Hwy 34
east to Burlington, exit on Gear Ave, turn left on Gear going south to Agency
St., turn left on Agency go to 1st stop light, Broadway St., turn right on
Broadway taking Broadway south, continue on through stop sign into RecPlex
parking lot. Westbound - Take Hwy 34 west to Burlington, exit on
Roosevelt Ave., turn left on Roosevelt go south to Division St. (stop light),
turn right on Division and take Division St. west to Broadway (2nd stop sign),
turn left on Broadway into RecPlex parking lot.
